Naveen is an expert in Customer Engagement and Business Transformation, and a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. He brings more than two decades of experience across large-scale enterprises, mid-sized firms and startups, including leadership assignments in Business Innovation, Customer Strategy and Product Development.
Much of that time has been spent focused on improving engagement with stakeholders and defining customer journeys that meet business objectives, from a cross-functional perspective. He also served as one of the youngest members of the Management Committee with his last two employers.
Naveen currently leads ThinkShop.in as an independent consultant, helping clients bridge the gap between Idea and Execution, through projects that span Business Innovation, User Experience Design, Customer Engagement and Marketing Strategy.
He is also Visiting Faculty at various business schools, on the panel of a leading accelerator as a Business Mentor, and a sought-after speaker at conferences across the country.
Naveen is passionate about Photography and also an avid blogger. His contributions have been featured in a crowd-sourced book by Seth Godin, and covered in various online/print magazines like the Always-On Network, ZDNet India, YourStory, etc.
Once upon a Time…
The idea of ThinkShop was born in 1999, when we first started a web-design studio called ‘UncommonWisdom‘ to bridge the gap between business needs and Internet-based Communication Design.
Our boutique consulting firm was way ahead of its time then, but we did manage to do some interesting work in the digital space, including digital strategy, website design and UX for enterprise-grade applications.
