Customer Portal for an Online Securities major

A leading brokerage firm with pan-India presence is seeking to build a state-of-the-art Online Platform to engage with its evolving user base. ThinkShop is working with the Leadership team to 1. Map out the Business Objectives, 2. Create a Project Scope document, 3. Advise on industry Best Practices and 4. Define a Strategy Roadmap for enterprise vendors to work with.

The focus of this project is to ensure an elegant User Experience for the target customer, embedded in a future-proof platform that is easy to manage.

Career Portal for a Life Insurance major

ICICI Prudential was looking for an efficient way to recruit in large numbers (1,000+ a month), with an ongoing pipeline of candidates being processed through the system. ThinkShop helped design and develop a Career Portal that integrates with their proprietary Recruitment Engine and with on-ground call-center processes, to ensure a smooth experience for potential employees as well as the Human Resources team.

In less than 12 months since its launch, the Career Portal has already logged more than 15,000 leads in the system!

Marketing & Communication Strategy for an Education startup

An innovative platform, aimed at providing analytics & insights to JEE aspirants in their exam preparations, sought our help to create a Marketing & Communication strategy to engage with their customer-base and channel partners. The scope of this ongoing project includes crafting high-quality Marketing assets in offline and online channels, overseeing digital campaigns and working with channel partners across India to make it easier for them to convert prospects into sign ups.

User Experience of a multi-device Trading Platform

We began working on the advanced version of the Stock Trading Platform (TWS) when it was merely a concept, with a few barebone screens thrown in, and a client brief that read: “We must make this an industry-leading platform!” By the end of the project, we had in our hands what was arguably one the most advanced Trading Platforms in the country, masked behind an easy-to-use and engaging interface.

100,000+ page website in Financial Services

The Information Architecture of a very large website (100,000+ pages) is driven by a number of key factors, including an understanding of the target customer, fundamentals of User Experience, and the content strategy to be adopted. This was a challenging project that involved integrating content & data sources from a variety of internal/external feeds, designing template-level wireframes for every key piece of information, defining database-driven content for inner-level pages, and finally, a Responsive Design strategy for the mobile version of the site.

The newly-minted website is already seeing significant traction with the customer base, despite being just a few months old.

Marketing Strategy for an Advanced Coaching Lab

SpeedLabs is an innovative approach to Advanced Coaching that combines expert guidance with personalized insights and assisted practice. ThinkShop worked with the founding team to define a hyper-local Marketing Strategy for their center in Mumbai, including the development of a relevant positioning, a tagline for the logo, promotional collateral like leaflets, standees, etc. and the design of on-ground events to drive traffic to the center. Within a few months of beginning this engagement, the enrollments have gone up 4x!

Client Portal for High Net Worth individuals

A Financial Services major wanted to create a Client Portal for its HNI clients to manage their investments, and business partners to monitor their progress. This project involved the design of a Business Dashboard, introduction of engagement tools, and an integrated User Experience (UX) design that offered rich insights into their transactions.

Sales Mobility tool in Health Insurance

ThinkShop worked with Aditya Birla Health Insurance to understand the business objectives behind the development of a comprehensive “Sales Mobility” software platform, and identify areas of improvement. This project involved analyzing the Need-Gaps and providing inputs on User Experience Design, Customer Engagement and Analytics, including sharing best practices in Project Management.
